On my last holiday--well I actually just sit on my computer or have a movie marathon all by myself or read books all day but I do have a story to tell.
I went to Tangerang on Thursday (I forgot the date, sorry. But the holiday was just began). I'm originally from Tangerang though, I live here with my grandparents and my aunt. And oh! I didn't get any short-term thingy yay! It really was a miracle.
Okay, back to the story--so I went to Tangerang that day by travel. It was 3 pm so it was nearly evening. Everything went okay at first, you know, I bought the ticket my daddy has reserved a day before, waited for a little while, got in to the travel, and I put my earphones on, etc. I supposed to arrive at Jakarta--my dad's office to be exact--at 6 pm. But the traffic was so crazy so I got there 2 hours late.
But apparently Mrs. Elis, my biology teacher, had a remedial session on edmodo starting from 6 pm. I freaked out. I really was. Because I have no way to access the site, THERE WAS NO WIFI OR EVERYTHING AND I STUCK IN JAKARTA'S CRAZY TRAFFIC. The thought about getting out from the travel and rush to my dad's office flashed in my mind. But then I realized I didn't know where my dad's office was. Wow whoo, mini heart attack. I tried to contact my friend but they were too busy, they didn't even notice me. I gave up, like if I should go back to Bandung for the next remedial session, I'd go. That would ruin my holiday spirit definitely, but I got no choice, didn't I?
Plot twist: The traffic went normal. Normal as in not crazy. Normal as in I CAN GET INTO MY DAD'S OFFICE IN 15 MINUTES.
So as I arrived, I rush to my dad and tell him that I can't go straight home. I have assignment--no, exam to worry about. So, yeah, I bet you could finish it for me. I did my biology examination in a 30-floor-tall-building. My dad laughed so hard, it was so embarrassing. He even took a picture of me and caption it with "First biology exam to be done in this building."
Wow. Thanks dad.
Its not that bad, actually. The view was amazing. Here it is.
So, that's it. I spent the rest of my holiday with--like I said above--sitting on my computer all day, or having a movie night, or read books. I love those kind of things.
